Turns out we have a situation with this particular setup. 844Es that had an IPTV Service WAN/VLAN setup and were downgraded from 12.x to 11.x early this morning now have a corrupt Service WAN/VLAN. It cannot even be removed and re-added – the operation just does not do anything. I’ve had to take note of the WiFi SSID/Key and make sure it is in CC+, take note of the ports set up for the IPTV Service WAN/VLAN, and then factory reset the 844E and then re-create the IPTV Service WAN/VLAN.
When the 844E is feeding an Airsonics you have to log into it and configure the 5GHz IPTV SSID so that it is allowed to be used in a bridge network by checking ‘Allow SSID to be used in a bridged WAN service’. Then go to the service WAN/VLAN and highlight the 5GHZ IPTV SSID in the interface port selection.
This is more of a second level support thing so please escalate these however if someone in support wants to know how to fix these we can talk on the phone and I can explain.
