I have just gone through the 113 customers who had a Speedtouch listed in their equipment in ivue and now that I’ve made some updates and checked them all we show 40.
So this is a reminder if any of these 40 people call in please put in a ticket and we will swap it out to a modem that supports at least 802.11n.
Some of these people are on vacation so we won’t hear from them for a while.
