Customer Reports of VOD Assets Not Playing All The Way Through

This year already we have had a couple issues with this so we wanted to send a reminder of what information is required to look into this type of problem.

If a customer reports a VOD asset is not playing all the way through please indicate:

  • name of the show
  • where it is found in VOD
  • what episode

I have asked MSC if they can do a checksum or audit to verify the assets and unfortunately that is not possible at this time…

Without the above information and in particular the episode we cannot do anything.
