Maintenance March 2 12AM-6AM

We are migrating all dynamic subscribers to our new internet connection tonight.

So PPPoE and DHCP customers will start a new session.

If their router does not start it on it’s own the customer will need to power cycle.

Connections in the middle of the night will drop and there may be a window where it is down.

I am putting up a general pre-message now saying “We are doing maintenance between 12AM and 6AM March 2.  Please be sure to reboot your router if you are having internet problems after that.  Otherwise please continue on to speak with support if rebooting your router and waiting five minutes does not re-establish your connection.”  It will also be posted to our website via Twitter.
