Resolved: Cable Modems Need Reboot

April 26th:  All of these modems are back online except for two and we have tickets open for them.


There are ~60 cable modems offline that will likely need a powercycle to get them back online in Hensall.

Some of them are voice modems with a battery.  We will have to send in a ticket if we find it’s too difficult to have the customer power cycle the modem as the battery will need to be disconnected on these ones.

ALSO – There was an issue affecting ~10 customers last night in Hensall on Queen St. that has been repaired.  No TV, internet, or voice.
