Support for WiFi printers is a simple “best effort” by support, or an on site technician if they are swapping the modem, just to confirm the customer has the correct SSID and Security Key and the customer is typing it in as they should be.
Otherwise for the last three years or so customers have been referred to the printer manufacturer support, or a technical family member or friend, or contact a local computer technician.
