These models are doing an upgrade for some bug fixes and stuff. During the upgrade the STB takes a new MAC Association. If the STB does not boot up it may be due to the MAC Associations being maxed out. It could also be due to the IPTV Security Profile not being set on their port.
Both of these situations can be resolved by calling in to 519-236-4400 and we can still achieve FCR on these calls during business hours. It is a quick fix to either clear the MAC Associations or update the Security Profile if it is not set.
