We get complaints once in a while that On Demand content on Cable TV doesn’t fit their screen, or has bars on the top / bottom, etc…
Cable VOD is a system we share with other companies and these companies are not all yet ready to offer HD to all their customers. So this is why VOD content is SD.
There is nothing we can do except suggest they find the best aspect ration setting to accommodate the show they are watching at the moment. So please do not escalate any tickets related to this.
