Sometimes we receive calls from customers who would like to have all music channels and French channels blocked so they don’t have to scroll through them in the guide.
We could walk customers through doing this on the STB if they want to know how to do it. If they don’t care to know we can do it directly in Minerva.
Just edit the customer and go to the services tab and check Channel Blocking.
This template can be used to block most of the music and French channels if not all.
