Setting Up a wtve Account

Navigate to https://wtve.ca and select the company you are working with.

After you are signed in, you will see the company logo in the top, right corner. You can change the company name using the link at the bottom of the page, if necessary.

If the customer is already registered for wtve but forgets their password, you can click on “login”, then the “Forgot your password?” link.

If the customer is not yet registered for wtve, you can help them register by clicking on “register”, and fill out the registration form for them. When you click on Register, the customer will be sent an email with their registration information.

After they click on the activation link, they will be directed to sign in to wtve and can then use their wtve credentials to sign into any available apps as displayed in their wtve account.
