The old website had a mailto:assist@hay.net link to email support however many users did not have email set up on their device so the link did not work for them.
The new website has replaced this with a Online Trouble Reporting form that gets emailed directly to assist@hay.net to solve that problem. Now any customer can report a trouble this way.
