Light Internet Customers Audit

We are reviewing provisioning for our 203 Light Internet Customers to be sure they are only getting light internet (upto 0.5 x 0.5 Mbps).

We have found a number of them were provisioned for either 10x1Mbps, or 100x100Mbps in error.  Any Light users in this case will be put to the correct profile.  They may call into support.  Suggesting they upgrade would be the best step to take.

As of this post we have checked about 65 and 25 needed to be adjusted.

We will put a ticket in for any users who have been reverted to the Light profile, which they have been paying for.

They would have been receiving a very long preview of high speed.
