Find Out Current @hay.net Mail Usage

You may get requests from customers who have recently received a mail quota message asking what their current usage is.

Please inform the customer this information can be obtained by logging into web mail.

1. Go to hay.net
2. Log into webmail
3. Look at the bottom left of the screen.  There will be a bar indicating the percentage of space used.

Also, if a customer uses Mozilla Thunderbird as their e-mail client you can:

1. Right click on Inbox
2. Click on Properties
3. Go to the Quota tab
4. Read the usage and status fields which will indicate the usage in KB and %.
