Checking for Compromised Accounts in WHM

As part of the Opening shift checklist, we need to check for compromised accounts. To complete this, you will need to log into host 4, and click on “View Sent Summary”.

Run Report

You will see a list of Deferrals and Failures. Please open a ticket for anything with numbers of failures and deferrals in the thousands or higher.

Example:

Have the customer scan devices associated with the offending email account, and place the ticket on monitor for a week to make sure the issue is resolved after fix is made.
