All staff has been given access to update the SmartHub status message. It is the responsibility of the person on the opening shift (weekends included) to update the SmartHub Status Message once in the morning and again before end of work day (the first shift to close), as well as at any time there are issues to report.
Sign in with Hay iVue credentials to https://hay.cloud.coop/home#/
You can dismiss the 2FA.
Click on Administration > SmartHub > Alerts >

Update the alert to the current date and time and add details if there are any issues >

Then click on Save.
