Cable Modems Locked Up

We have had some Cable Modems locked up after the power outage.

If this is happening you will noticed NOMS does not fully load all the real time data, even if you hit the refresh toggle.   Also the RF graph shows it is still getting a good signal.

To fix the problem click Issue Cable Modem Reset in NOMS and the modem will reboot within a few minutes.   The customer’s CPE may come back on it’s own if you give it a few minutes otherwise they may need to reboot their router or computer as well.
