Sometimes the connection will have to be re-created after upgrading to Windows 10 however before doing this, right click the Start Menu / Windows Logo at the bottom left and open Device Manager.
Make sure the Network card does not show an ! beside it. If it does, try disabling it and re-enabling it. If this clears the ! then we should be able to connect or make a broadband connection if required.
I’ve come across three of these in the past two weeks or so.
