Cable Internet Slow Speeds

Please be extra vigilant when troubleshooting Cable Internet slow throughput problems.

We are getting complaints from a small amount of customers on the higher bandwidth packages and they are experiencing slow throughput at times.  It seems to be more at night.  We need to be 100% sure it is not usage related.  If it is not please send a ticket in and set the status to Track Cable Slow Throughput.

We will need to keep track of the users having problems because currently at the head end we do not see any issues either.  There is a lot of headroom available since our last system upgrade.  Even at peak times everything looks good in Hensall and we are not even hitting 50% of the capacity.

So if there is some mystery problem happening we will need to track the reports to help get to the bottom of it.
