Power outage effected at least GNBD, POPL areas.   Some blades like MERR rebooted.

There was a power flicker last night at about 12:30am that may have affected customers in all areas. Please troubleshoot with the customers before sending them to repair.  

There was a power flicker around 10:52AM that effected at least Birchbark trailer park.
