Sunday evening starting around 9:55PM ending around 10:20PM there was a DDOS attack which eventually lead to some pixellation on all channels. The issue was cleared up and is no longer happening. There is no longer any known issue that would cause TV pixellation.
To set up Port Forwarding via Consumer Connect+ load up the device and choose Configuration\Security\Port Forwarding. You do not need to “Connect to device” however you can also do it that way if you want but the way mentioned above is preferred.
