I checked with Dan at MSC regarding this because we received a bunch of calls from customers reporting they are only getting the HD version of the channel and not the SD version.
Dan confirmed that when setting the changes up we asked him to include only the HD versions in the Pick N Pay / a la carte channels.
So for example if someone was paying for OWN they will only get OWN HD. Or if someone is paying for T&E they will only get it in HD – not SD.
