Cable TV – Time off an hour & Not Authorized after off vacation

To fix both of these problems we should only need to “refresh subscriber”.  Call into Marcel or someone in the main office and ask for a refresh to be done.

Usually within a few seconds if issuing that command the picture will come back and the time will correct.

If it fails to correct it go forward with a “force poll”.

If it still fails after that go forward with an “install warm.”

Refresh subscriber fixes this most of the time.
