Multiple Reports of Guide Data Being Wrong

If you get someone calling in saying the guide was wrong, please be sure to get the following information

  • what channel, get the number and note the name in the ticket
  • what time
  • what it said in the guide
  • what actually was playing on the channel

It would also help to check the guide in Mobi (https://xstream.hay.net).  We are also trying to determine if this is effecting cable as well or not.

After you have all the info please escalate to repair.
