Tracking Hensall Slow Throughput

We are tracking complaints of slow throughput in Hensall.  These customers are on Cable Internet.  Some say it has been worse in evenings.

We do not see any signs of problems and at peak times we are not evening using half of our capacity.  Even though things look good we are going to track customer’s complaints and try to find out if there is an unknown/invisible issue going on.

When testing make sure to isolate one computer direct to the modem.   Watch the real-time throughput in NOMS.   Also mark down the speed tests results.    If they are getting slow speeds put a ticket in and set the status to Track Hensall Slow Throughput.
