Kelli Phillips [12:24 PM] Space Channel came off free preview today and E! went on free preview until November 22

Just wanted to remind everyone of the VOD upgrade happening next week. Plans are to start on the 23rd at 12:01 am, and be complete by 2am.    

Summary During this window, the virtual machine running our Adoniss database will be upgraded. Maintenance Window Start Date and Time October 18 2018 – 8:00am PST End Date and Time October 18 2018 – 8:30am PST Impact You may experience a brief drop in connectivity during the restart of the service.

Hay server is available at Speedtest.net once again. speedtest.hay.net link is working once again as well. Thanks to everyone who brought it to our attention.  I may have seemed like I didn’t care about it but, deep down – I did.

We may have some complaints about pixellation.  Tuesday Rogers had an Ontario wide problem. Yesterday and today there was network wide pixellation on our side.  It has been fixed.

Kelli Phillips [10:21 AM] Space channel has gone on free preview today to Essentials, Select and Basic package subscribers. Ends October 24.

Entone 400 series and Entone\Amino 600 Series STBs will upgrade on the next reboot. The software update takes care of a bunch of bug fixes including the delay changing to channel 65 and 74.
