On April 11th we will no longer have two separate channel lineups for Cable TV and IPTV. There will be one harmonized lineup.
In the coming days we will have an updated Searchable Channel Table available for you on this site.
Most of the changes are happening on the Cable TV side however there are changes happening to some IPTV channel numbers as well.
Work will happen between 11PM April 10th and midnight. Most of the Cable TV STBs should refresh over the night and take the new channel lineup by the morning.
For anyone with Cable STB troubles please call into 236-4400 and we will manually do a refresh and force poll on the STBs if there are any that did not refresh, which will allow us to reach the aim of First Call Resolution.
Some IPTV STBs may need rebooting. Also as we have seen before with previous channel changes, any series recordings that are no longer working on IPTV due to a channel number change will need to have the PVR\Schedule Priority cleared and series recordings rescheduled.
