Customers Logging Into 844E

Customers may want to log in and change some of their own wireless settings, access control, etc…

They are able to do this using the admin login information which is on the sticker that should be on the 844E.  If there is no sticker, it can be found on the under the base of the 844E on the label.   You can also obtain it for the customer and provide it to them by pulling the device up in CC+/DME and Connect To The Device, and then go to Advanced\Security\Administrator Credentials.

Do not give the customers the support login information.
