Email Settings Updates Required

Before we can enable the DKIM setup on our mail servers there are some e-mail users who will need to migrate from old unauthenticated settings to our modern settings we’ve been using for the past few years.

We are sending out an e-mail to notify 132 users that they are sending from a device with the wrong settings.  Mostly it is users missing authentication on SMTP.

You will receive a copy of the e-mail at assist@hay.net.   The customers will have the settings provided in the e-mail if they want to check on their own.  They may call support for assistance.

The effected customers will have until Sept 23rd to make the changes.  After that our server will get the updated configuration and these users will not be able to send until their settings are correct.
