We are ready for the next step of the email migration moving from the current span filters to Clear Cable’s solution. We will make the switch first thing tomorrow morning. This will not be service affecting because mail will either flow through one or the other filter during that transition.
Your customers may notice a change in their spam counts hopefully for the better.
Clear Cable’s solution makes use of the spam folder which customers can access via IMAP or webmail. If the customer is using POP they will need to access webmail in order to look for messages that may have been falsely identified as spam.
