We need to leave this SSID set to broadcasting on. It is best not to touch it or change anything. We spoke to Calix about this and this is necessary for the 804mesh to work at all.
It is their most common problem people have with the 804mesh APs.
So from now on we will change what we have been doing and leave the SSID Broadcasting set to ON.
