IPTV Channel Numbers Cut Off

For Entone STBs if you go into the Hardware Settings you can select Video Position Adjustment (near the bottom).   This will allow you to zoom out enough to see the channel numbers if they are being cut off.

On the Video Position Adjustment screen you zoom in with channel up and zoom out with channel down.  It doesn’t allow for much zooming, but so far we have seen that it zooms out enough in most cases and the channel numbers can be seen again.

Amino

In some cases Amino STBs will cut off the channel numbers on the left side of the screen when viewing the Guide. Usually we can get working by following these steps:

1. Go to settings.
2. Enter the password, usually 1234 as default.
3. Go to Hardware Settings.
4. Hit OK on Video.
5. Change Native passthrough to None.
6. If it doesn’t take effect right away try re-seat HDMI cable.
7. If it still doesn’t work try a reboot.
