Mail is getting delayed, deferred, or rejected when @hay.net users send to @yahoo.ca or related domains.
We have clocked some @hay.net accounts and cleared the SPAM out of the mail queue.
Will take time for the mail reputation with Rogers/Yahoo to improve and messages start to go through. Tickets can be set to Track Rogers/Yahoo Delay for any customers that want a call back after we see the issue has cleared. Otherwise the tickets can be closed.
