Something was going on last night that caused customers to have volume issues. They had to turn the volume way up.
Today the volume is back to normal.
Customers that I spoke to have been unable to tell me if it was specific channels or not.
Everything seems fine today but we can still reboot customers IPTV STBs and refresh Cable TV STBs if anyone calls in.
