The contact groups issues has been fixed. If a customer is still having further issues please open screen connect and call us at 4400.
Customers have been reporting missing Contact Groups in Webmail.
We are talking to the admins who did the mail server upgrade and they are investigating what can be done.
Let customers know it is a known issue and system administrators are working on finding what happened.
