This morning we were getting NOMS errors and the equipment list was not loading.
I emailed Clear Cable and it seems it has all of a sudden cleared up without them doing anything.
So now we need to keep an eye on it. If you have this error or any other error in NOMS please use the Microsoft Snipping Tool (or your favourite screen capturing program) and capture the error and e-mail it to me and include the timestamp of when you got it as well as the account. Copy and paste the address bar in too.
When I get that information I’ll let Clear Cable know.
