If anyone calls to complain that they have received a NON email and the Coordinated Universal Time in the e-mail indicates a date before October 5th, 2017 we should just let them know it was sent in error and our system has been corrected. If they ask further questions about we can suggest the do a Google search for Notice and Notice to find out more about the Federal Government program.
Prior to October 5th, 2017 there was a discrepancy between timestamps on our radius and NOMS servers causing the wrong person to receive the NON e-mail. This has been corrected.
