As of tomorrow, we are now providing customers with the ability to add additional e-mail storage on a per e-mail account basis.
Currently, all e-mail accounts have a capacity of 1 GB. When their account hits 85% capacity, they will receive a warning message (see a copy of the message below).
At that time, they now have the option of either deleting some e-mail or adding an additional 1 GB of storage capacity for $5.00.
This is on an e-mail account basis and not on an internet account basis. The new IVUE catalog item will be “IAEMS”.

Your hay.net email mailbox has reached 85% of your allowed storage space.
To prevent your mailbox from becoming full and rejecting new messages, please reduce the amount of email in your mailbox or increase your storage space.
When removing old messages, please check your Inbox, Trash, Junk, as well as Sent messages folder(s) for messages to remove. Folders are visible in an IMAP configured email client or in the www.hay.net Web Mail client.
An additional 1GB of storage space can be purchased for $5/mo. Please call our business office at 519-236-4333 to add additional storage space.
The amount of storage space used can be viewed in the www.hay.net Web Mail client.
