We need to be careful what we say to customers when escalating a ticket into repair. Please do not tell customers you are sending someone out when sending in a ticket to repair.
The only case where it is OK to do that is when you call or check in at 236-4400 and we are able to say for sure if someone will be sent that day. Otherwise we cannot tell them someone will be coming out on site that day for sure.
This is an issue that has happened three times yesterday so we need a reminder so we do not set expectations for the customers that cannot happen since this just causes them frustration. For example, yesterday we were very swamped with dispatches and we could not get out to every one. Some were scheduled for today instead.
Please keep this in mind.
