How to set up and IMAP account on your Android device:
1. Find the settings app on your device and click on it.
2. Once you click on settings, scroll down until you see “Accounts”. Once you find that, click on it.
3. This will then bring you to this page where you will see a list of all existing accounts (If any). Click on “Add account”.
4. In this step you will have to choose which account you would like to add. You want to set up an IMAP account so you will click on the option that says “Personal (IMAP)”.
5. In this step you will want to type in your email address (_____@hay.net). After you do that, hit next at the bottom left screen.
6. After hitting next in the previous step, it will redirect you to this page where it will ask you for your username, password and the server details.
Username: Your email address
Password: Your password
Server: mail.hay.net
After entering this information, click on next at the bottom left corner.
7. After hitting next, it will ask you for some more server settings.
Username: Your email address
Password: Your password
SMTP Server: smtp.hay.net
After entering this information, click on next at the bottom left corner.
8. After hitting next, if everything was entered properly it should redirect you to a screen where you can choose some email preferences.
9. After choosing your email preferences above, it will bring you back to the list of accounts on your device, and now it should show you the email you just set up.
This is the last step, after this you should see your email in the app you set it up in.
