How to setup and use Smart Hub Wifi on your IOS device:
1.Go to the App Store
In the app store, search for “SmartHub WiFi”
Once you find it, click on the “Get Icon” and it will then prompt you to download the application.
2. After installing this, you should see it on your home screen.
The application looks like this:
Click on it.
3. After clicking on the SmartHubWiFi app, it will bring you to the home page where you will need to choose your provider.
Choose Hay Communications Co-operative.
This will bring you to a page that will ask you to let SmartHubWiFi sign in. Hit Continue.
5. After clicking continue you will now need to sign into your account. Enter your hay email address and password.
6. This should log you in. You will now be able to use SmartHubWiFi.
The main screen may take a few seconds to fully load, but once it does you will be able to see whether or not your device is connected and working properly.
7. In the devices tab, you will be able to see all devices connected to your equipment.
8. In the WiFi Settings tab you will be able to see your equipment’s settings. The name of the network, and the password.
To be able to see the password hit the little eye icon beside Passphrase.
9. In the Speed Test tab, you will be able to see what speeds your device is currently running off.
Just click on Run Speed Test, and after a few minutes it will be able to tell you the upload and download speeds your device is running off of.
10. In the Reboot Gateway tab you will be able to reboot your equipment.
