Any Smart RG modems running 2.5.0.8 will upgrade to 2.5.0.11 on the next reboot or ACS check in.
Smart RG has recommended this and we have been unable to reproduce the “Timeout” problem that happens frequently after power outages/flickers with the earlier versions.
If you power cycle a Smart RG with the customer today it may take 2-3 extra minutes to see PPPoE authenticate if it takes the upgrade.
If the modem can be found in the ACS you will see the version number.
