cPanel/WHM Servers
There are two cPanel/WHM Servers. Log into these servers to manage domains. You may have to check each one to find which domain a customer is hosted on however, most will be hosted on host1.
From within WHM you can search to find the functions you need using the search bar at the top. Use List Accounts and search by domain to locate a customer’s cPanel account. From there you can reset cPanel passwords, see quota usage, and open cPanel. Open cPanel to assist a customer with anything they need. Encourage customers to do their own changes in cPanel. Verify customer is the account holder when providing or resetting the cPanel login information.
