Cable TV customers who have a pending order may call saying they do not have the new channels yet. Just put in a ticket and the business office can fix it up. Customers with a pending order were not able to be changed to the new package. The pending order needs to have the details marked down, closed or cancelled, then do the package change, then put the pending order back in.
