If you are troubleshooting a no signal issue and you are thinking that the TV may be the problem please follow this guideline.
At My Support we will not tell a customer their TV may be the issue without absolute certainty. It is possible to gain absolute certainty through troubleshooting all angles. In some cases, to gain absolute certainty you may need to escalate to repair to have a Hay tech stop on site to confirm that the TV has a problem.
